I agree completely! It is a blessing.

Have you tried trail running? I wonder if the softer surface of dirt or gravel would be of some benefit? Of course, I’m not a doctor and I’d check with your doctor first. There’s nothing worse than aggravating an injury trying something new. Good luck to you and your running!
