Interesting article! I admire your discipline and I'm glad you've found something that works well for you. You do tell us you eat mainly healthy fats and protein, but I'd love to know an example of what your dinner typically looks like. Is it fish, chicken, vegetables? Do you tend to avoid grains/carbs?
