Mark, as a runner myself, I’m not finger-pointing at anyone. I’m sharing information. 25% of people can be asymptomatic, yet still contagious. And for others, it can take up to 2 weeks before symptoms appear. So yes, someone could be out running and spreading the disease. But runners can still keep running, they simply need to follow social distancing rules. Which turns out to be a further distance required when you’re on a run, then if you’re just standing around.
