Two year olds like to walk in the rain, and swing from your arm, and jump in puddles. Haven’t the people in the van ever seen Peppa Pig? You are a fun dad for letting her do it. I don’t know what was going on with those people in the van, but I hope you can put it behind you as a one-time only, bizarre incident. Your daughter obviously loves you and feels safe with you. And she was perfectly safe hopping around in puddles. You’re doing good. Keep being a fun and loving dad. As Peppa Pig says, “everyone loves jumping in muddy puddles.”
